Can I place my order over the phone?

You've got our digits, and we would love to help you order over the phone!

What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, or any other type of payments.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

If you're shipping your order to North Carolina, applicable sales tax will be added automatically.

Can I use my Halie’s Rewards for online purchases?

No, not at this time.  This is only an in-store perk for our customers.

How to apply a gift card code or store credit to my order?

At this you will need to contact the store to apply a gift card to your purchase. 

Can I use a gift card with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items online?

Yes, you can use a gift card to purchase discounted or sale items online.

Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?

No, you cannot use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases.

I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses.

Please make sure you have filled out all blanks when filling out your shipping and billing address. Your billing address should be the same address as the billing address for the card you are paying for the order with."


My order is not going through and I don’t see a confirmation number?

Please contact the store and we will check our system and see if the purchase went thru.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

Please call the store during business hours.  If your order has not shipped we will be happy to help you make any necessary changes.

Pick Up In-Store

When can I pick up my order?

You will be able to pick your order by the next business day.  We will call or email you once it is ready for pick-up

Can I add or remove items from my order if it is pickup in-store?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact the store as soon as possible to make the appropriate adjustment to your order.



How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return we need 2 business days to process your return and issue a refund or store credit.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes. Please contact the store to purchase a gift card. 

Do we hold private parties or events?

Yes, we do.  We love to party! Occasionally, we host classes from third parties that require advance registration.  Need an excuse to have a shopping event with cocktails or appetizers while you shop, invite your friends and let’s make it an evening of shopping!  The host will receive 20% off their purchase and all guests will receive 15% off their purchases.  We also love to support our community, contact us about our give back parties for School PTA’s and local organizations.

Processing Times

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours once you order has been submitted online or called into the store.

Tracking Your Order

When you order from Halie's Boutique, you will receive a order confirmation number. You can use your Halie's Boutique account login to look at the status of your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the carrier and tracking information. 

Pick Up In-Store

You will be able to pick your order by the next business day.  We will call or email you once it is ready for pick-up

Already have an item and want to get it embroidered? No problem. Stop in the store and we would love to help you personalize that special gift or something for yourself.
