Thank you for shopping local! Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your item within 14 days of purchase or you may get a refund within 5 days of purchase.
- All items must have a tag on them for an exchange or refund and clothes must not have been worn or washed.
- All clearance, sale, jewelry, monogrammed and/or embroidered items are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Gift Cards are also considered FINAL SALE.
- For online purchases, the exchange and return policy is the same as in store. An item being returned needs to be postmarked by the 5th day after receipt. If the exchange or return is due to an error by Halie’s Boutique we will cover shipping & handling. Shipping & Handling for all other reasons will be at the customer’s expense.
- During holiday season (Nov 1st to Dec 25th), we will accept your return for store credit only after 5 days as long it is received by January 7th of 2018. All above rules apply to holiday season sales.
